Since 2017, Lyon Hip Arthroplasty (LHA) has established itself as a leading scientific meeting for national and international orthopaedic surgeons committed to advancing practices in hip arthroplasty.
Over the years, LHA has built its identity around a demanding scientific framework: evaluation, discussion, experience sharing, and innovation. This dynamic brings together a community of surgeons engaged in practical exchanges, all serving the continuous improvement of patient care.
On 23 and 24 September 2027, nearly 500 participants will gather in Lyon around the theme: “The New Ecosystem of Hip Arthroplasty: When Technology, Implants and Registries Converge.”
Hip arthroplasty is evolving towards an integrated model in which technologies, implants, and data continuously interact. Data collection and evaluation, technological innovation, revision strategies, and the rise of digital tools are redefining our decision-making standards and everyday practices.
The scientific programme will be structured around four major themes: TECHNOLOGIES – IMPLANTS - DATA – REVISION
True to the DNA of previous LHA congresses, this edition will feature round tables, plenary lectures, symposia and workshops led by renowned national and international experts.
LHA 2027 aims to provide a structured and forward-looking vision of the contemporary hip arthroplasty ecosystem.
We look forward to welcoming you to Lyon on 23 and 24 September!
