1. Definitions
Whenever the terms below are used with an initial capital letter, they shall have the meanings set out below.

Failing agreement within 30 days, the Parties may refer the matter to the competent courts.
15. Jurisdiction
In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is expressly granted to the courts of Lyon.
16. Applicable Law – Contractual Language
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. The reference language for their interpretation shall be French.
